Jan Sokoloff - Master Bodyforging Instructor

Jan is a great asset to BodyForging due to her enthusiasm for our Program. She has gbeen teaching since 2004. Her classes are filled with students that range from 20 - 75 years of age. Jan was born in 1949 and is as fit as she was in her 20's! Do the maths! She looks awesome!
