Bodyforging Teacher Certification Guidelines:
All Bodyforging Instructors will have to adhere to the new guidelines that take effect Jan 1, 2009. These guidelines ensure that ALL Bodyforging Instructors learn the latest in Bodyforging teaching methodology, continue to refine their teaching skills, expand their versatility and further develop their creativity to offer quality Bodyforging Classes to their students.
- Bodyforging certifications prior to 2009 will be honored by Bodyforging, Inc. when proof of certification is provided to Bodyforging, Inc. in form of a Certificate of Completion of the Bodyforging Certification, signed by Kevin Philion. The new guidelines adhere to all Bodyforging Instructors. Bodyforging is a registered Trademark with the United StatesTrademark office and Bodyforging Teachers are not allowed to use the name Bodyforging without the authorization of Bodyforging, Inc. or teach at gyms that are not "Certified Bodyforging Centers"
The enrollment of a gym to become a certified Bodyforging Center is free of charge to the facility and Bodyforging Stickers and Banners will be supplied by Bodyforging, Inc.
- Bodyforging Instructors will get issued a, "Certified Bodyforging Instructor" card that is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance, during which a minimum of 14 "Warrior Points" have to be earned to be eligible to renew it. These "Warrior Points" can be earned by taking one or more Continuing Education Course(s) offered by Bodyforging, Inc., participate in Bodyforging Workshops that earn "Warrior Points" and/or take online Workshops. At time of renewal, it is each Instructors duty to apply for his/her new card online. Once the Warrior Points of this instructor have been verified, a new card, good for 2 years, will be sent out to the address provided on the application.
- A Bodyforging Instructor can take as many CE's per year as he/she desires, however a minimum of 14 Warrior Points need to be earned before the expiration date of the Instructor Card.
Once an instructor has earned 14, 50 or 100 Warrior Points, he/she gets issued a new Instructor card reflecting his/her new Warrior Status and honoring the expiration date of the instructors original card.
Below are the different tiers of Bodyforging Instructors:
- Warrior (an instructor that took the Bodyforging Teacher Training)
- Warrior 1 (after having achieved a minimum of 14 points)
- Warrior 2 (after having achieved 50 Warrior Points)
- Warrior 3 (after having achieved 100 Warrior Points)
- Master Presenter (a minimum of Warrior 3 teachers - by invitation through Bodyforging, Inc. only)
Your Bodyforging Teacher Warrior Status, together with your Bodyforging ID number, expiration date and Name will be printed in the grey section on the front of the card (sample below)
