Any natural person or company EXCEPT Oliver Hoffmann is exressively prohibited to use the name Bodyforging^TM.

 

Unauthorized use of the name is strictly prohibited and WILL be subject to legal action for Trademark infringement.
A permanent injuntion prohibiting any infringer will be obtained as well as triple monetary damages
will be pursued if found that the trademark infringement is deemed to be willful.
